Peanut Butter Truffles

I thought I would do some recipes for the holidays. If you like peanut butter cups, this recipe is for you. These are probably my most oft requested candy for Christmas.

Peanut Butter Truffles

1 box confectioners sugar

1 12oz. jar creamy peanut butter

2 sticks butter

1 pkg. milk chocolate chips

Combine sugar, butter and peanut butter with a mixer. Roll mixture into bite sized balls and place onto waxed paper. Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler. Dip balls into chocolate and lift out with a fork or slotted spoon and let cool on waxed paper.

Now how easy is that?

OOoh I must try making these, since I tend to eat them at the holidays, no matter where I go.
They tend to be very rich, but that doesn't hold me back..lol.
Enjoy your blog, lovely pictures!

Love those peanut butter truffles! Now that I have the recipe, does this mean I have to get my own and won't get any for Christmas? Beautiful photo of the chintz!
