Here comes trouble. This Snapping turtle doesn't want bread or fish food. It only likes live fish - creeps closer with its long alligator tail and waits, then - SNAP. These really are ugly creatures.
Oh well, this one is too cute and decides to go back and bother the goose.

I love your farm! That is my kind of fun....critters and water....must be so cool to watch the social life of your pond. Fish are smarter than people give them credit for....
Girl, you make me miss my big gray geese, they were so much fun to sit on the deck and watch, as were the turkeys, guineas, chickens, ducks and peacocks...I miss those days, but I'm moving forward, so say the stars and fulfilling my needs now...and who knows, what will be will be!!!
I think we have similar styles in our paintings, I love to paint feathers and nests...and just this morning I was looking at the birdhouses and thinking...hmmmm...I can do that...stay tuned!

Your pond is brimming with life, and no doubt they all wait to see you coming with their nightly buffet..
So sweet.
Snapping turtles, hmmm I like them from a distance, but those jaws are deadly, keep your feet tucked away !

How extraordinary and magical to be able to watch those animals live their lives... The goose is super pretty.
oh my gosh!! that turtle is a bit creepy and savage. What a wonderful nightly ritual.
