Cat Study

I am sure you have heard of the latest study saying cats kill billions of birds and small animals.  My cats drag in animals and birds.  Yet, I am certain that humans kill more animals than all the animals in the world combined.  Windows kill more birds than animals do.  One could go on and on.  So it makes me wonder who funded this study and what their agenda is.  Where are The Lone Gunmen when you need them?  By the way, the sweetest cat on earth, Boo, Teddy's brother, just wants to be tickled.  Nothing more.

Good point about windows killing birds, and wind farms with their turbines kill huge numbers of birds, especially migrating hawks. At our house we love our cats and our wild birds and hang the bird feeders way up high. Your white kitty looks like a sweetie.

What a great photo! My little puffball is partially blind and can't go out in the yard (neighborhood traffic)so the only thing she's brought me in the last year was a bird that hit the window on the deck. I had to laugh (the bird lived)because for just a moment she got to pretend she was still the fierce huntress! She was an outdoor cat when we took her in and has memorized her way around the house. She knows where everything is...unless you leave a chair pushed out and then she smacks into it head first. Other than that, she's fat and happy...and killing no birds. One hunter, out of commission.

Tickle Boo for me. Happy week!
