A Kind Man

He now helps me garden; knows I am unable to get down in the dirt with my Judas knees.  He has put up with me for 40 years now.  He is the rock of our family, a good father to our children.  Happy Father's Day my sweet T.

Kind hearts are the gardens.  Kind thoughts are the roots.  Kind words are the flowers.  Kind deeds are the fruits.  Take care of your garden and keep out the weeds.  Fill it with sunshine, kind words and kind deeds.
Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

Any man who helps out with the gardening is a good man indeed. I love the words by Longfellow, I must write them down.

When a man is willing to help in the garden even after 40 years...I don't think I'd call it "putting up with". I'd call it unconditional love and devotion. How blessed are you.

You do indeed have a kind man, there is something special, about men who garden.
I'd 'spect it's their lady ;)
Lovely poem, by Mr. Longfellow...
