Here is starstruck middle daughter Cady with Norman Reedus, aka Daryl, from the popular series WALKING DEAD. She said he was very nice and chatty; talked about his black cat and son.
In this pic, Norman is shooting silly string at people. Merle, Shane and Herschel were also there. Seems Merle was the biggest cut-up. The kids can't wait for next year's comic con.

Isn't it fun to meet someone "off the screen" and see that they're just people? Your Cady is such a bright presence, with that lovely smile.
Totally O. T.: Every time I see your Crows' Picnic, I'm reminded that part of the reason I've always been so fiddly with arranging any dinner, picnic, catered party, even just a cheese tray for our own simple supper, it's partly because of Heckle and Jeckle. The comic books of my childhood always featured them on a picnic cloth, somewhere, with that basket spilling out a roast chicken or ham, a bottle of wine, a loaf of bread, and a cluster of grapes.
I thought that was proper picnic arranging and fare for many years, and was always disappointed to have to stash stuff in an ice chest, with the Tupperware dishes set out on the cloth losing SO much in the translation. And I almost always managed to at least smuggle in some grapes to grace the scene, even when my Mother didn't know I'd brought them along. (And she'd no more have opened a bottle of wine IN PUBLIC than she'd FLY, though she did love a glass of Rose' or Andre' at every family gathering at home). Just my silly thought processes every time I see your picture.
Hope your Thanksgiving was warm and wonderful!

John Gray is going to be so jealous.....
I stood a couple of feet away from Garth Brooks and his kids at Target once. Only famous person I've seen. Forgot about Amber Valetta in Saks. BTW, grandaughter is selling Tupperware for a school fundraiser. I thought that was so funny.
Hope he sees it.
I thought of John Gray too. Reedus plays Darryl so well, I hope they keep him alive in the series.
Hang on - it's about zombies isn't it? They could still keep him, dead or alive, couldn't they?
How fun! Love him!
What a fantastic picture of your daughter! If I was Cady, I'd have it framed and mounted on my wall immediately! :)
She's got such a pretty face!
I have heard of the show..never watched it...
