Uptown Funk Redux
Now, here's one for us oldersters, or should I say, the original hipsters...
I couldn't get the video to work so I went over to YouTube to watch it. Absolutely fabulous, it was all perfectly choreographed to the music. Must have taken hours to put it all together. Thanks Donna, made my morning :)
Donna, this video was so cleverly edited...great fun to watch. I imagine that Bruno Mars might be a fan of these dance scenes. I remember Michael Jackson was a Fred Astaire fan.
I've seen all these films--more than once. Mom, who only watched TV for the ball games, would pull her chair around and we watched the films she watched in the thirties, together. She knew all the names. I don't. But, they are wonderful!
You're welcome Frances. I took dance for 13 years growing up, some of it was tap and jazz. I'd probably have a heart attack now, but it was fun performing and I love watching professional dancers.

Brings back some memories. It's nice to hear from you Laura.
Wow. And they make it look so easy. Always a sign of excellence.

Thanks for the smiles! xo
Makes me want to see all those old dances like the Lindy Hop, etc.
Oh Elaine, I'm so glad you got to see it. Both videos were great, but wasn't it fun to see it with the original hipsters.

They are lots of fun to watch and remind us of the great dancers from the past.
Your timing:) I just saw this on FB this morning:)
Have a great day!
YUMMMMY!!
How funny Monique. You too.
It's good isn't it? Fun memories.
Aaah, Fred and Ginger, none better!
A classic!
Love to see them dancing Rosemary. I guess I am showing my age because I liked to watch them dance much more way back when.
Yes Michelle. My grandkids loved this song and it is so much better even with the bygone dancing days.
They don't make 'em like that any more.
You are right Pat. Hope you are feeling better. I think of you.
Hello Donna,
A beautiful beat to start my Monday. Thanks for sharing.
Love this music

It is fun and though I don't like rap, it is the closest thing that I do like. I love the dancing. Nice to hear from you Helen.
