PECAN PIE REDUX

Since Thanksgiving is nigh, I thought I would re-post this recipe for pecan pie. Simply type in pecan pie in the upper left corner and it should come up. If you remember, this recipe is not as sweet as most. It has a buttery, delectable filling that won't hurt your teeth. It's a keeper.

Pecan pie is one my faves and is a Thanksgiving tradition at the manor, too! Mmm-mmm. Can't wait!

Except for two little things, this is my mom's recipe. She never put vinegar in hers...maybe that's why yours is less sweet and she always mixed the pecans in with the filling. I'm going to try yours Thursday and see what the kids think.
